My stay was enjoyable overall, with a beautiful ocean view and a spacious room featuring a private whirlpool. The food quality was impressive, especially with the a la carte options, but service was inconsistent and could use significant improvement. I particularly appreciated the efforts of certain staff members who went above and beyond, but there were moments of miscommunication that were frustrating.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the amenities and attentive service from the Level area. The rooms were spacious and clean, while the meal options were good but could improve in variety, particularly at the main restaurant. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the beach and the local town, but some noise issues from nearby entertainment were a downside that impinged on my experience.
The hotel has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. However, the condition of the rooms and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the pool area is nice, the water issues during my stay were frustrating and added unnecessary stress. Overall, it's a comfortable place, but improvements are definitely needed to truly reach a 5-star experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it promises a luxurious experience, the reality was a bit different. The staff were delightful and did their best under less-than-ideal circumstances, but the dining options were quite disappointing, lacking variety and freshness. The room was comfortable enough, but the amenities felt outdated. Overall, it could be a great place with some improvements in several areas, especially in food quality and cleanliness.
I had a lovely two-week stay at this hotel, which was perfect for recharging my batteries. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the cabana pod beds by the pool. However, there were some dining limitations, especially with the À la Carte options. Overall, it felt like a great value for a relaxing holiday, but some improvements could be made.
