The hotel has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. However, the condition of the rooms and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the pool area is nice, the water issues during my stay were frustrating and added unnecessary stress. Overall, it's a comfortable place, but improvements are definitely needed to truly reach a 5-star experience.
