My stay was enjoyable overall, with a beautiful ocean view and a spacious room featuring a private whirlpool. The food quality was impressive, especially with the a la carte options, but service was inconsistent and could use significant improvement. The hotel has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. However, the condition of the rooms and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the pool area is nice, the water issues during my stay were frustrating and added unnecessary stress. Overall, it's a comfortable place, but improvements are definitely needed to truly reach a 5-star experience.

I had a lovely two-week stay at this hotel, which was perfect for recharging my batteries. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the cabana pod beds by the pool.
